Cheryl doll

pbnhoney

The Cheryl doll is modeled a bit after an outfit worn by Miss Stacey (Anne of Avonlea) when she picked Anne up at the station in Kingsport. It's not an exact match since I mearly used it as a starting point.

I used this as template since I wanted the Cheryl doll to have a jacket that could come off the doll. You see, my Aunt Cheryl seems to be forever a little chilly so she often wears a jacket even in the house. However, I wanted the overcoat to still look like it could be a part of the dress as well.

What a fabulous dolls you have made. :thumb:

Your aunts must be so proud being miniturised so magnificent.

If you look at all the great craftsmanship displayed

on this greenleaf-site, it makes me feel so humble.
