Interior exposed brick wall

otterine

I finally glued the first floor of the Newport in place and one wall ended up backward. Not to worry! I planned it this way. :D I flipped the outer wall that will be facing the garage so the brick is on the inside of the house, creating an exposed brick wall for the kitchen and dining room. Such a small amount of the brick would have been facing the exterior, it seemed a shame to waste the brick surface by covering it with a liner. An exposed brick wall in the garage just didn't seem to make sense to me, either. To finish the exterior areas that would have been brick, I used clapboard siding.
