love the stairs

From the back, you can see the stairs after I sprayed them with the Krylon stone paint. The base floor I did using the Bromley stencil & spackle mixed with red chalk. The upper floors, I covered the plywood with wood slats from an old wooden blind, sanded them & stained. I have the holes cut for the round windows in the turrets.

oooooo great info about the stencil working with spackle...i want to get one but dont want to have to keep buying the compound Thanks
