Irene, I really enjoyed looking at your pics! I'm just starting the Garfield, but also own a Beacon Hill kit! I tried to order the Beacon Hill first, was told the manufacturer was out and it would be a couple of months, so I then ordered the Garfield. Turns out, they sent both!! My husband was really happy (although this was a lot of money) because I'm having surgery tomorrow and he knew that these new kits would cheer me up and occupy my time. As it is, I've been on line looking at miniatures and making plans constantly. The Beacon Hill will be lovingly saved for next year! I had a dog that was part springer spaniel who passed away a year and a half ago too. Her name was Casey and she was my best friend! She was 17 years old and lived a good long life, but I miss her every day. We have two new dogs, half collie and half golden retriever named Honey and Sugar. They were the last two left in the litter and we couldn't stand to separate them. They're in the kennel tonight because I'll be in the hospital at least 3 days. We were all sniffling to see them go. They were really scared and I feel really bad, but I really didn't know what else to do. They're about 18 months old now and they can't stand to be separated. I hope they adjust well and don't stay sad the whole time theyre there. Well, probably won't write again until next week when I'm up and about a little. Thanks for the kind words and the welcome! Sue
