. That is her inner arm. It took 2 hours to complete. Sorry but it was night time and it was my cell phone camera. She is already talking about getting another one.

if Nat could grab a tattoo machine, she would do it herself..LOL

This is a cicada. Cicadas molt meaning change. Chelsea has changed from her former self and that is what this tattoo symbolizes
