Tracy Topps Greenleaf Haunted House kit (Stone Cliff)

I think this is awesome work I have went through most of your gallery(s) and this is great art ... really great stuff; Im a newbie to doll house making and im waiting for my first kit to come in the mail still haha ... I framed custommade one; has the same style and shape as this one but the door is on the front A-roof part were your two windows are ... thought that would a be a little diffrent than usual stuff.;Love the brick layout stuff I want to try my hands at that (but need to make a few more doll houses to get used to it first); are those individual bricks or is that Vinyl sheets?; so how did you do the bottom floor that looks like a hollowed out rock? is that stucco or something? or is that a doll house type stuff to add texture to wood? sorry im asking so many questions?
