In searching through windmill pictures, I stumbled on Greek windmills with 12 sails. They were so beautiful, I couldn't resist! Here I've begun painting the sails to give them a weathered look. A 'rusted' chain runs across the outer edge, trying to keep with the way they were actually designed. There are actually many more cables in reality, but I was afraid it would be overkill.
