Hmmm .. why couldn't I have decided to make the gingerbread white before I painted it dark blue?

now me I would have left it the dark blue to go with the light blue and white

but than blue is my Favorite color and I dont ever think you can go wrong with using it!

I agree with you about blue being a grand color ... but I wanted this little cottage to have a lighter air about it. :)
