Living Room

The furniture in the living room is in for some big changes. The wood on the Victorian sofa and chair needs to be stained darker, and the fabric gives me the heebie jeebies. Somewhere on one of the forums I read that someone is using men's tie fabric for upholstery. [My apologies for not being able to give credit where credit is due.]

And the fender is too big for the fireplace.

But what I wanted to show you is the picture about the fireplace. (I'm sorry it's so fuzzy; usually my photos are sharper than this.) I got a picture of my granddaughter slipped into a pin that looks like a silver frame, and is just the right size for an above-the-fireplace picture. It was the picture that made me think I had to have a dollhouse to go around it ... LOL

I put pictures of my grandkids in my Lily also. Don't they make just the best excuses to keep building. LOL I like your house, it looks good.
