I found spindles! The stairwell side was wallpapered over. I was so excited when I found the spindles. I think it was a good decision to make this the Living Room. I also noticed a gap in the bay window construction. Hmmm.....what to do.... what to do....

You're doing an excellent job! It's hard work removing old wallpaper, I've rehabbed, so I understand what goes into this! It will be well worth your efforts, when you're done!
