base

This is the base I'm just beginning to work on. The house will eventually live in the inset above the fireplace (in my real house) so it will be on a turntable. That's what the two squares are in the background - the actual lazy susan turntable isn't in this picture, but it will be screwed to the two squares, then the base will be removable on top of that. Since the power will come up through the turntable, I need to make all of this before I electrify to make sure I know how it's all going to fit together and decide where to put the little cir-kit connector thingy.
