After I identify all the sheets & put them in numerical order I prime the cielings & floors I'm going to cover somehow and then scribe the floorboards and stain them. The upstairs hall needed the floorboards to run at right angles to those in the bedroom, and the grain, as well, so I used floorboards leftover from a Dura-Craft kit.

Did I mention I never throw away anything?
