Primed, and ready to be set in place. They're designed to stay separate from the main house for ease of moving.
The one in the front of the shot is an addition to the back of the house, containing pantry and downstairs bath, master bath and closet on the second floor, and a fun storage closet on the third level.
The addition with the dormers, at the back of this photo, attaches at the side of the house, and contains a dining room on the main floor and a studio, off the master bedroom, on the second floor.
