pjnick54 7 Posted August 25, 2009 They are the balloons you can buy at Michaels in the cake decorating section. I took them off the plastic they come on and used white wire instead. I bend one end of the wire (an L shape), add glue and insert it into the little hole in the balloon. I then let them dry upside down. I used bunka to tie around the top so the balloon won't slide down in case the glue gives out. I also used bunka to attach them all together and glued to the back of the chair.I hope that all makes sense...... Quote Link to comment
