I built this kit into a treehouse. The original door was removed and the opening was filled in with a piece of wood and the back roof piece was opened up a little to allow more light to enter. The roof has sandpaper shingles. The tree trunks are made from tree branches with leaves attached by wire. The occupant of the treehouse is a young boy.
