My houseboat is a steamship with rooms decorated similarly to the Mark Twain House in Hartford, CT. I belonged to the church across the street from the house when I was a child. We made many visits. So this boat is a tribute to Samuel Clemens (Mark Twain).
With his daughter, Clara, on the deck, and Samuel at his desk writing his next novel, the boat is moving along the Mississippi well.
