Unhook the wire circle and bend one hook flat with your needle-nose pliers. Now you can slide the wineglass charm (and any little beads) off the wire easily. Take a short strand of green floss, thread it through the charm, and glue to the centre top of the ring. Determine the length of floss needed for the charm to hang in the centre of the circle, and trim it before gluing. Choose the spot to glue the floss carefully. It will be hidden by the greenery, of course - and even more so by the ribbon bow. If the wrapped ring looks a little lumpy in one spot - or has some other imperfection - than that would be the spot to choose.
