More exterior work.

rbytsdy

Here I am toodling along with the exterior, finishing up the gray porch paint and the white lattice, and the first coat of homemade "modge-podge" is drying on the stone-work (which extends all around where the lattice doesn't)... I found the recipe online-- three parts white glue, one part water, and a spoonful of varnish (I used Minwax waterbased polycrylic finish). I went light on the water with this mixture and I think it is going to turn out pretty well once I get another coat on. (I am noting this recipe again so that I can find it next time I need it!)
