I bought the tiles from Stacey’s Masonry (https://www.miniaturebricks.com). It turned out nicer than I thought, it was also harder than I thought to install due to my learning curve. Their materials are gorgeous, though.

This pic was from before I moved around the pantry walls in the kitchen. I really wanted to keep them where they were since I had aleady taken down a small kitchen wall, but I couldn’t fit the island with the pantry where it was, so I moved it to the far corner next to the window. It’s hard for me, working on a Joseph Angel, because I feel like I should keep the integrity of the house as much as possible, but I had to have an island and it just didn’t work with the pantry there. Pressure to live up to the Joseph Angel legacy, 😉😊
