Maybe some things, but slather it all with polyurethane to protect from crayons or worse.  But then that is the natural course of things when we give works of art to young children as toys. Lol

If you glue things in place, it will just take a bit longer for her to rip them out and it will leave a mess. I'm almost willing to bet she will ask where the bathroom is. :D
