The tower roof will stay removable so that I can get in there for decorating and cleaning.

It all looks great...  I’ve been looking at that Fairfield in half scale???  I have so much stuff for  1/12.  Did you make a lot of your stuff ? My mind sees 1/12 don’t know if I can have it do half scale!!!

Thanks.  The furniture in the tower room was all made by me, kits and scratch-built.  I made a few of the accessories too.  Other rooms have a mixture of purchased furniture and kits.

Half scale really isn't difficult to work in, it's all just personal preference.

I wondered as you answered Mineejv whether everything was created by you.  I am in awe.  I can do some furniture but not like this.

I'm having to build more and more kits since so much of the nice half scale furniture has become scarce or outrageously priced.  I keep my eye on eBay and Etsy for deals.

Laser cut kits are my favorite and come out nice.
