I had to dry fit the roof and living room bay windows to see where the floor boards go on attic floor. I decided to go with wider floor boards in the attic to keep it looking "unfinished." I am finishing the tower and little room to the left of the attic. But I did the floors below in American Walnut. I'm thinking either to leave floors natural and just seal tham or use a yellow pine stain. I'm looking  for opinions.

I'd age them with an india ink/alcohol mix or similar to turn them a grayish shade. I wouldn't seal them but leave to to continue to age naturally.

*thinking* maybe use yellow pine stain first and then age them with the ink mix.

Time to experiment on the offcuts! :D

Im scared to age stuff...im not an artist. Ive watched a gazillion you tube videos from Bentley mini house. But she is an artist. I'm scared I'll do something I can't reverse! Someone said practice on scraps...So now to make a mini floor...
