Today's work is installing subway tiles. Need to finish, grout, seal with a glossy coat of polyurethane or modge podge?

:hmm:Gee...polyurethane yellows and mod podge stays sticky...I've grown leary of using either one.

What would you use to make it a little shiny like porcelain tiles?

I am embarrassed to say I have that spray.  I used it to seal the brick work on the exterior. I think though I will try the clear nail polish as it will be easier to apply. I can put it on with a sponge brush and not worry about it getting on the Windows. I appreciate your help because I totally forgot I had that.

I have used that spray too - works well, but pretty stinky - and you can't use it on something that's already installed in a room.  I have also used a spray polyacrylic by minwax that isn't supposed to yellow.  They have a brush on version as well.  I think the polyacrylic is a lot less stinky and cleans up with soap and water.

Very nice, where did you get your tiles from?

Thanks! If I were to do this floor again, I would follow my original plan. I would have painted the floor and then poured resin in to the top of the  flowers. It think you would have seen the flower  "tiles" as a mosaic better. Now it just looks like hand drawn flowers.
