THIS is setting up a possible for a bent plexi window.  THIS STICK is the window.  It is sitting in 1/8 channel which is sitting on 120 degree molding.  Everything is DRY FIT.  The double hull is NOT set...just there.  From scratch NOT easy.

How do you bend plexi glass?

Said it wrong.....See the ANGLE...will use the channel and 120 degree molding to ANGLE plexi glass for window

 

Lol. I really thought you knew the plexi bending secret! I wasn't trying to be a wise ***!

SO we CUT the front wall ...that was a sample.  and I had taken photos to put the boat back together.  SO I am going to begin to stain the floor of the boat.  Wish me luck.
