I love this so much! I am working on the glencroft now and my plans are similar to what you’ve done. It’s also my first house and I love the Tudor and Stuart eras.
 

A few questions: Was it easy to fit the beams over the textured walls? And how did you do that paneling? It looks great, along with everything else you’ve done.  Thanks for posting this!
