My first chandelier. Can't figure out lights, even though I have space for a button battery.

Hmm ... tea lights for ceiling fixtures. I could see decorating them with clear beads, both hanging in strings and some glued to to the plastic covering. Not sure how you'd hang them from the ceiling. You'd want them removable to be able to change the battery now and then.

I have the space for a lithium battery like the one that came with the tea lights. The decorative panel, when flush with the lowest point of the coffer beams creates a 1/4" space between the panel and ceiling/floor. I access this space by putting hinges and a clasp on the decorative panel so it opens to get to the batter and on/off switch.

I'm having a hard time figuring out the lights. Hubby will help tomorrow. He was an electrician once upon a time. Lol.
