Mudjar carpet (1:24 scale)

This design is from the book Oriental Carpets in Miniature by Frank M. Cooper. It’s stitched over one on 36-count linen, for a finished size of about 4.5″ x 6.75″. I converted the colors from Paternayan wool to DMC floss, and made a few tweaks to the design. More details are on my blog.
