Brilliant technique, marvelous result. 

I know it was a pain, but the assembly line way of working is really the only way to go when tackling a big project like this. These are simply marvelous!

Thank you Brae! Yes I totally agree in regards to the assembly line I often notice if I have many to do my process changes as I go. This was the case here. I started doing things one way but in the end I was doing it differently. With this "evolution" the later ones look better than the earlier examples. I sorted them out and will use the less "refined" ones on the inside as they will be harder to see!
