Working on the exterior and landscape board. Trying to get my stairs to line up and get everything at the right height is a bit of a PIA but dressmaker pins are a great way to hold foamcore in place before making final decisions. :) I’m leaving a little bit of height difference from the foam to the stair tread so I can add a brick or cement landing and a patio area at the back of the yard.

It's looking good!  When you posted this on Instagram, I thought of all the headaches you went through with that brick, and how perfect it looks now.  :)  I can't wait to see the landscaping completed.

I feel horribly selfish for enjoying pics and not commenting on enough of them. I have to say, I have seen many iterations of this dollhouse over the years (some good, some pretty awful), but this is far and away the absolute best of the lot IMHO. I may not say so on every picture, but I am really enjoying watching this come together!

It's looking so good Samantha.  Love the idea you came up for the basement and garage door.  You executed it perfectly.  I lived in a house with the garage under the house, brings back great memories. That tree, is truly stunning. Can't wait to see what you do next.

Oh I know that stone nearly did me in! Lol. I love it now though. I’m really enjoying playing “outside” :D

Thanks Colleen! This house just had to have a garage. It was screaming for one. I’m having fun playing outside so hopefully I’ll have some more updates soon. :D

WOW  did not realize what the house looked like since you had that "farmhouse" feel in it.  WOW...double WOW
