Bedroom in progress - view with ceiling

I'm going to paint the headboard white (it's Oyster currently) and install white chair rail and baseboard. I'm also going to paint the dresser white as well. I still have to actually make the bed and sew the linens together. The flower pot is being crackled with gold paint - I cut the top off a fake flower to make that accessory. Not sure if I'm going to keep the red flowers in this room, I think it might make the room look too Christmas-y.

I still have to enlarge the window opening and install the windows...no clue what type of window treatments to do.
