  Testing bricks to see what's going to work , the firebox from the front of the to the back of the firebox is 1 1/2" so will be bricking the back, sides. I thing these will do just fine, now take them all out, start gluing them in, then shellac, sand a little .. finally drybrush to make it look used with several colors. I HOPE. lol
