  Both sides done, now final sanding, Then shellac and paint. I'm trying something I have not done before, I have pinned and Hinged. both with so so results. This time if this makes sense. in the pictures you will see a black rod which is carbon 1/8" in a slot I made while building. it will be epoxied in place, I will use 1/8: brass tubing as a bushing inserted into the floor and header at the top. this should be a very strong setup and swing freely.

 Thanks I'll let you know how it works out lol, Also going to use the same idea for windows, really easy to work with no guess work always centered. Will use 1/16" steel wire though . the 1/8 is what I had sitting around would probably use the 1/8 for doors anyway bullet proof for little kids.
