Emerald 1,025 Posted January 19, 2019 Usually if I am planning on distressing I do NOT paint heavy. However, I thought a straight paint would work. N O T !!! So lots of hand breaking sanding and hitting knuckles against the stair pieces. Then put pecan on them. Put more pecan on floor to bring it up. NOW I like it. Will have to put some more pecan on 1st floor FLOOR to make it match the stair box. Quote Link to comment
