I have been looking and looking and looking at that flat roof section on top of the second floor dormer window and tried my hardest to think of how to "use" it... And now I have built a fence so that Santa will be able to use it has his sleigh landing... I will paint the top of the end balusters bright shiny red, andperhaps even add a few landing way lights along there as well as some snow and perhaps a little ladder so that Santa can safley get into the house again...
