Hmmm....straight?

It's always straight until you glue it. I've found if you really want something straight, you have to cut it crooked.

I am not ALONE!!!!  Serioiusly, straight and even are annoying things as we build, aren't they?

I had to read that through twice before it clicked!  "It's always straight until you glue it" - Yep!  Why is that??  That's what happened with the inside wall of the door!!  I just ordered another square from Micromark so hopefully that will help....along with the multitude of other measuring devices that I have!!

Not matter how carefully I try to measure, rule and cut it NEVER turns out exact!  I think I'd make a crap engineer!  But I'm glad I have people agreeing with me!!
