It is amazing to me the effect that can be achieved with paper towels.  This looks so good!

Thanks, it was a happy accident. I was just using the paper towel to cover wiring and create a surface for obscuring it when I applied the gel medium. After doing a bunch of wiring covers, I was looking at it’s texture and thought it might be a good base in general, so I did one small wall and while spreading it accidentally squished the paper towel. That made even better textures, so I squished away. It was fun.
