the picture

Originally I was going to put this behind the bar, but the wall over the mantle in the bar looked so bare! The picture is of the Lakeridge Winery in Clermont, FL, and is a label I soaked off one of their wine bottles. I glued it to a piece of black construction paper for the mount and mitered and glued strips of scrapwood together and painted the frame with gold glitter nail enamel and glued it to the construction paper.

The shelves I wanted to go over the bar are drying in the gluing jig. Note that one of the shelving unit sides is lying in front of the picture, you can see the bbit of square toothpick I use to hold the shelves.
