Kitchen and Dining Room

Ok, here is where I'm going to bash. I need to extend the "bathroom" now kitchen floor by a few inches and then have the walls higher. I'm going to make a sundeck above it and connected to the balcony, or really one big deck instead of the little balcony. Now I need to figure out how to do all of this.
