wrmissy2003 0 Posted May 3, 2010 I just adore your modifications of this house! This is absolutely awesome, the dumbwaiter and all. The detail is incredible! I had thought about doing the same thing with the tower room, only yours is beyond what I had even thought of doing! I am copying an old house in kansas that we didn't get (were in escrow and everything) and the owners sold it to someone who made a better offer and dropped our escrow. Which is actually illegal. Not that I'm bitter, haha. So anyway, this is my "house that got away" I am working on. Mind if I copy your dumbwaiter idea! That is soooo original and awesome! I'm in the middle of my shell now, putting the front on. Any tips for a newbie? I was an architecture student, but very new to kit dollhouses, um, I mean miniatures, haha! your newest fan, Carolyn Quote Link to comment
KariW 569 Posted October 5, 2014 This is fantastic!!! I'm bashing a BH right now and I'm wondering how hard it would be to do this if it's already been built!! I love this!!! Another forum member told me to look at your album. I'm so glad I did. When I asked if anyone had reworked the stairs, no one had! I love that you did!! I was able to make room for a small powder room under my new stairs. I haven't posted pictures yet. I thought it would be more fun to do a before and after shot. Quote Link to comment
