This is such a great little house!  Love the colors.   

This should raise a lot of money.  It's great.  Love the flag, too.  It honestly makes me think of summer at the beach.

thank you both @jbnmini and @Debsrand56 - the house is going to a charity based in Huntington Beach, California so it became the basis for the beach bungalows theme. It warms my heart that you "saw" what I was trying to get across.

This is a lovely beach house. Blue always makes me think if the beach . I'm heading to the beach / Capitola I hope Margaritaville doesn't run out of Tiquilla. It's a friends 60th birthday.
