Thank you. I think the lighting adds a cool factor but I’m really looking forward to some natural lighting pics once mother nature decides to give us spring.

Thank you, I hope I can execute the 2nd floor as well as the first.  I think its going to be more of a challenge. 

I've been reading a book series recently that featured an Eichler home.  Having never heard of them I googled it (as you do) and LOVE them!  Mid-century modern that would work incredibly well here in NZ.  I've created one in Sims and I think I may have to create one in miniature too.....add it to my list of must do's!

Thank you, I did make that chair.  That chair is from the Alison collection, named after my eldest daughter.
