It looks to be a fun project. The pierce is a great house.

I was going to say the same thing, looks fun. 

I don't think I would buy a house all ready started again. I'd rather spend my time fixing my mistakes than someone else's. It's a great house.    I gave it a name so I'm really liking it.

I’m sure inspiration will come, you’ll wake up one morning and go “Yes” and you will be on your way to a beautiful build.
