Frills complete apart from the odd little touch up.  I'm really pleased with them and have carried the dragonfly theme on from the wheels.  I like the pink on the inside of the petals - just lifts it a little without being too much.  My daughter thinks I should weather everything.  I'll wait until it's complete and then decide - I like the shiny new at this point!
