I added a tansu step chest in the Den.  I had picked up a quarter scale kit at the Tucson Miniature Show, and it was just a shade too small for this room, so I used it as inspiration to create my own, just a little larger.

Thank you.  No, unfortunately, it's all "smoke and mirrors."  I made it with strip wood and microbeads.

Fantastic.. and love the tiny figurine and vase too... I can't even begin to imagine how teeny tiny they are and with such great detail. :)

Thank you!  About a year ago, I found an offering of teeny tiny bonsai mud men on eBay.  Most are less than 1/2 inch high.  I've been painting them to use as miniature Hakata figurines.  The vase is just a really cool bead.  :)
