spackle and sanding

jbnmini

Work on the Federal style farmhouse has begun! First up: spackle and sanding!  The house was constructed with 1970's paneling, so I had to spackle all of the paneling grooves.  If the client decides to have the interior simply painted (since it is a "play" house for a young child) I will have to give all the interior walls a skim coat to cover up the faux woodgrain.  In the meantime, the floors are sanded and ready for stain, and the exterior is sanded and ready for a new coat of paint.
