That's a house built by Loren Kolff (I think that's how you spell his last name). I don't know if it's got a name, but I always liked the steps on that house.

Thanks for the possible name of original builder.  I can't remember what the seller told us about this house -- we talked about so many dollhouses.  I also love the steps and patina of the mortar and that great porch.  I have been collecting rocking chairs and rocking chair kits to put on a porch like this.

I love the porch too! That will be a great house to work on. I will be interested in your updates. Your vision of the rocking chairs sounds wonderful!
