Attic room skylight

That's a beautiful skylight, and I love the thought of your little homeowner using it to look at the rain and stars.  I think one of the reasons I really like this build is that I really like her.    Great addition!

It's admittedly a selfish endeavor since she's basically me  I remember when I got married that we spent our first night in the Smokeys at a bed and breakfast (our flight to Egypt didn't leave until a couple days after we got married). The room we had had HUGE windows that looked out onto the mountains and I always loved that idea of having a bedroom filled with light during the day and seeing the stars at night. I also love the sound of rain. I'm hoping to get a brass bed and dress it up with tons of bedding so she's always nice and cozy.
