 I also added a railing; since I have a bar in the third floor rec room, I don’t want my little homeowners getting tipsy and falling on their way down the stairs.  I made the railing from HO railroad lumber.  I wanted it to have a more modern/industrial look, so I gave it a satiny black finish.  The stairs are not yet glued in place.
