I finally pulled the trigger on these after years of consideration. One reason I did is because I found that you no longer have to pay inflated eBay prices for them, or wait weeks to have a shop special order for you...d.anne ruff now sells them herself on etsy and will give you a discounted price if you buy all three sizes. From everything I've observed over the years, they have many many mini uses...anything fabric...table covers, drapes, bedding, all looks beautiful pleated with these, and the dollmakers use them for hat making (pleated ribbons), clothing and even to curl doll wigs.

Have you had a chance to try them yet?  I am considering getting the 1/2" set, but they are still pretty pricey.  Was curious as to what you think of them.
