mesp2k 1,008 Posted April 30, 2017 Great upgrade. Makes me think of a porthole I made using bits & pieces... I'll have to check out 3D nail art. 1 Quote Link to comment

I tried to click on your link Mike, but it says I don't have permission to view that content? Huh?.. lol I'd love to see it, can you post a picture here? Yeah, Nail art shapes are my new favourite thing, they are super cheap.. like 0.99c on ebay with free shipping for 50-100 pieces. Great value with lots of possibilities. Quote Link to comment

Debsrand56 1,897 Posted April 30, 2017 Great job! The nail art was genius. That little extra detail makes a big difference; it adds to the realism. 1 Quote Link to comment
Mid-life madness 2,179 Posted April 30, 2017 Good work, I like your ingenuity! I was wondering about the lights from China too. They are priced so good. 1 Quote Link to comment

They are priced so good. Thanks Ladies!. I really like re-purposing cheap things into things I can actually use... gives a sense of satisfaction. Plus it's way easier than making them from scratch.. lol The chinese lights are like less than 5 dollars with free shipping and the nail art was .99c for about 50 pieces. The copper tape was also .99c for 3 metres. And the Jewellry nails were, maybe $2 for a pack & the paint was $2 a can... So all in all a pretty cheap light... just as I like it. Quote Link to comment
Mid-life madness 2,179 Posted May 1, 2017 What's ironic is that most of lights are made in China to begin with! I was leery because they take a little extra time and sometimes get lost or held up. But for $5 I could wait, plus it is more unique now that you made it your own. 1 Quote Link to comment
